Brian Glasser, President

Brian Glasser joined Spring Lake Consulting in 2005 and assumed the President's Role in 2007. Mr. Glasser manages the day to day operations of the practice as well as handles business development and new opportunities for SLC. During his career at Spring Lake, Mr. Glasser has worked with several hedge funds and broker dealers on auditing technology, engineering new server implementations and BCP development. Prior to joining SLC, Mr. Glasser was an equity trader and a Managing Director at JP Capital where he was responsible for running the day to day operations of a 100+ proprietary trading firm with three offices in the US. He has held engineering and management positions at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and TD Securities for both the Equity and Fixed Income Divisions. Mr. Glasser holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.

Scott Cohan, Managing Director

Scott Cohan joined Spring Lake Consulting in 1998.Mr. Cohan is currently responsible for solutions engineering and design across Merrill Lynch's Equity Trading division, and specific electronic trading areas in the Debt Markets business.During his career with Spring Lake, Mr. Cohan has held various positions at UBS, JP Morgan Chase and Merrill Lynch. His areas of expertise include a broad spectrum of technology disciplines such as Server/OS, Networking, Security, Storage, Middleware and Market Data. Most recently, Mr. Cohan has been focused on development of extreme low-latency solutions for Merrill Lynch's Proprietary Trading environments. Prior to joining Spring Lake Consulting, Mr. Cohan held engineering and technology management positions at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and UBS. Before entering the financial community, he worked as a developer for Loral Electronic System's Artificial Intelligence department, where his main area of focus was expert systems design. Mr. Cohan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a concentration in Computer Science. He has a Master's Degree in Computer Science (MSCS) from Polytechnic University.

Oleg Onatzevitch, Managing Director

Oleg Onatzevitch joined Spring Lake Consulting in 1998. Mr. Onatzevitch is currently responsible for new technology adoption and performance tuning within the Investment Bank division for UBS as part of the Technology Services Platform Management group. Prior to joining SLC, Mr. Onatzevitch held System Administration positions supporting various Debt Market trading groups at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, BlackRock and UBS from 1992 - 1998. Before entering into the financial community, he worked for defense department companies in the software development and design for simulators of radar and communication surveillance systems. Mr. Onatzevitch graduated from the University of South Florida in 1989 with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering.
